HOW MANY SERVERS WILL I NEED?

The number of servers are determined by several factors:
a. The level of service you are needing
b. Menu service: buffet, sit down or passed appetizers
c. China or Disposables, rentals or personal china
d. Length of event
e. Number of guests  
f. Type of event

Other factors helpful in determining staff

a. Venue location
b. Loading locations for rentals, or your supplies
c. Are there stairs the staff may need to navigate up and down throughout event
d. Is the event outdoors as weather can also be important factor in Colorado.
We want to make sure you have the proper number of staff to make sure the event starts on time, runs smoothly and ends well.  Any details you can provide to help determine this makes for a successful event.
